America’s Home Place is a scattered lot home construction company. Our philosophy of “principle over profit” has been the foundation for our culture and growth for over 54 years. With a passion for building and a commitment to families, we’ve grown from a single location in Gainesville, Georgia in 1972, to 55 Custom Home Building Centers across the Eastern United States and five locations in Tennessee.
